ELD for Education is excited to be expanding our services with the launch of a specialist Alternative Provision for girls, with a particular focus on the performing arts.

 

Our provision has been developed in response to the recognised need for more tailored Alternative Provision opportunities for young women. Through a creative and nurturing environment, we aim to help students re-engage with education, build confidence and resilience, and achieve positive personal and educational outcomes.

 

Students will have opportunities to develop skills in dance, drama and singing, alongside exploring wider creative pathways including costume design, set design, hair and makeup, and other areas within the creative industries. Where required, we can also support the delivery of core academic subjects to ensure students continue to make progress in their education.

 

We will work closely with schools to provide bespoke support that meets the individual

needs of each pupil, helping them overcome barriers to learning and succeed both

academically and personally.
