The first week of CAMP! I thought that it was impossible for me... How wrong was I??? Each week got harder but I was getting stronger and fitter every time. I learnt to push myself and I always felt good afterwards no matter how I was feeling beforehand. Thanks to Emily and her motivation I have lost more weight than I imagined within 3 months. The best thing about CAMP! is Emily does not promote a 'diet' but a healthy lifestyle change. She taught me that balance is key and I do not have to deprive myself to see results. I enjoy working out now and this is important for long–term success. I am confident that I will reach my end goal and so can you!!!

CAMP! Has completely changed my perspective on myself and brought me a new lifestyle. It has taught me so many things to do with food and my body that I didn’t even know were possible. The changes I have made from CAMP! aren’t just a quick fix, they’re a new look on diet and exercise. The way my perspective for food and exercise has altered to fit my lifestyle, has been truly overwhelming, in a positive way. I cannot (and do not want to) imagine where I would be, or how I would look and feel right now, if I hadn’t had the opportunity to make these simple changes with Emily’s guidance and full support. The CAMP! fever has grasped me well and truly, and it’s all thanks to Emily’s hard work, dedication and constant motivation to help me on the way to make the best of myself.

Muscle Gain

CAMP! has really made a huge difference to me over the past year - to my fitness level, the way I think about exercise & food and also to the way I feel about myself. After each session I feel that I have achieved something, always looking forward to the next.
Each session is completely different and I want to say a huge thank you to Emily - I wouldn’t be able to push myself and stay motivated without all of her support and encouragement. I also have actual biceps for the first time in my life!

Camp has been amazing for my energy levels. I used to be exhausted by the time I started work at 2pm now I feel like I have energy all day and can run around with my kids more and even my work colleagues have commented on it. I had practically no muscle strength before camp, I couldn't do a sit up and couldn't hold a plank for more than 10 seconds. Fast forward 8 weeks and I can do weighted sit ups and hold a plank for 2 minutes! I thought I was a lost cause but with Emilys help I've smashed my goals

Considering I'm not hugely strict on what I eat I am really happy... I love how small my waist looks!

I’m enjoying seeing my body improve over time, I’m still eating what I want just making healthy choices when necessary, this makes it more sustainable for me cause I just can’t say no to chocolate etc

I just enjoy it so much it’s keeping me mind and body healthy, plus I wouldn’t push myself half as much at the gym.

I feel so good in myself, more confident, stronger and my mindset has changed massively. Emily thank you so much for getting me back into fitness.

I enjoyed how the sessions progressed in difficulty each week so I was always pushed but I could also see how my strength was improving aswell! I liked how there's not immense pressure to have to lose weight every week but you always try to keep us on track as much as possible with emails and the group chat which is great suuport! And that's perfect for me as I find it impossible to eat great 100% of the time so if I have a bad day, I don't feel as disappointed with myself as I know I'll be back at camp the next day and back on track with food.

Stronger, leaner and healthier 

My experience of CAMP! has been amazing. Before I started CAMP! I personally thought I was in alright shape and had a decent level of fitness but I was so wrong. CAMP! has pushed me physically and mentally. It has pushed me beyond my comfort zone and way beyond my level of fitness. Before I started CAMP! I was unable to do a proper press up. Now I can do about 10 without stopping. For me this is a massive achievement. I've always struggled with body image (even though I know I'm not overweight or 'fat') and CAMP! has really helped me to overcome this and helped me to achieve and feel healthy and amazing in my own body!

Confident, strong and lean

I joined ELDance CAMP earlier this year and plan to continue, her classes are full of energy and she really motivates you to push and reach your full potential. I couldn’t recommend her classes enough! Thank you for giving me the motivation and determination to get where I want, couldn’t recommend you enough! See you again in a few weeks to start it all again

I can't remember a time when I haven't been battling with my weight  and I can confidently say I have tried almost every "diet" or exercise plan in existence. I started EL dance CAMP after seeing the amazing results  the girls had achieved but never anticipated that I would see much of a change as I was completely demotivated and uninterested in exercising. Nevertheless after the first set of photographs I WAS AMAZED. Emily is the most dedicated and caring coach who personalises the whole experience to work for each individual so they can maintain a healthy lifestyle which works for them. She continues to keep me motivated and I cant believe what I have achieved.  I feel like a completely different person. Camp is a fun and friendly, judgement free environment and instead of dreading exercise I actually look forward to classes. Thank you so much Emily

I know had so many compliments yesterday at the wedding... So good! Don’t even feel the need to break off the diet either!
