Terms&Conditions for Membership Subscriptions
Please only book the classes you can attend to avoid last minute cancellations (24 hours beforehand) and no shows, if these occurs, charges will be applied.
Should you cancel or no show one to two class(es) will be charged cost of class(es).
Should you cancel or no show one to two class(es) will be £15.00.
Once you have purchased any Membership, you are not eligible for a refund.
ELD Membership will last 28 days from your purchase date. Payment will be taken 28 days from booking unless cancelled by you*
ELD Dance will last 28 days from your purchase date. Payment will be taken 28 days from booking unless cancelled by you*
ELD Dance Beginners will last 28 days from your purchase date. Payment will be taken 28 days from booking unless cancelled by you*
ELD Conditioning will last 28 days from your purchase date. Payment will be taken 28 days from booking unless cancelled by you*
ELDance Student will last 28 days from your purchase date. Payment will be taken 28 days from booking unless cancelled by you*
ELD Class Pass will last 28 days from your purchase date. Payment will be taken 28 days from booking unless cancelled by you*
ELDance Student - Valid Student Card must be shown on first class at the ELDance Studio. Failure to do so will result in immediate cancellation and no refund.
If you cancel the day of the class or are a no show, there will be a charge of the class price and your membership will be paused until the payment is made; this will also include any classes you had booked, as they to will be cancelled with immediate effect.
If you are a no show for over 3 Classes, there will be a charge of £15 and your membership will be paused until the payment is made; this will also include any classes you had booked, as they to will be cancelled with immediate effect.
ELDance reserves the right to cancel classes that have been booked and not extend the Membership.
ELDance reserves the right to cancel, change or move classes. If this occurs a refund will not be issued.
ELDance reserves the right to cancel your Membership if there is a feeling of threat - no refund.
In the event of illness, snow or freak weather ELDance hold the right to cancel classes and there will be no option to pause or extend the membership unless ELD sees fit.
ELDance will hold weeks where there are limited classes or reduced timetables; please be advised that despite the changes all Memberships will run throughout this as normal.
ELDance has the option to close for up to 6 weeks throughout the year with 2 weeks at Christmas (dates will vary depending on the year) and all Memberships will run throughout this and not be paused or extended for other months.
None of the Memberships include Workshops.
COVID 19: If you are affected by COVID-19 isolation or anything regarding COVID-19, your code cannot be paused. This is the same with any other illnesses.
Cancellation Policies
* To cancel any Membership or Class Pass, requires you to contact ELDance with a minimum of 21 days notice to the Membership renewal date but, please note that cancellation 7 days or less, before renewal will not be possible.
Failure to do cancel within the required time frame will lead to a charge:
£25.50 charge for Monthly Memberships
£15.50 charge for Class Pass
If you do not pay this charge the amount will be taken through either payment of classes or payment of another Membership you purchase.
ELDance does not hold responsibility if you do not cancel your Membership in time.
To to pause your Membership, requires you to contact ELDance with a minimum of 14 days prior to renewal date. The cost for pausing is a total of £5 a month - please note we can only pause for a minimum of 2 months.
