Terms&Conditions for Membership Subscriptions

Please only book the classes you can attend to avoid last minute cancellations (24 hours beforehand) and no shows. If there is more than three incidents regarding the last minute cancellations or no shows ELDance reserves the right to cancel a day for each class missed.

ELDance Membership (Monthly) will last 28 days from your purchase date. Payment will be taken 28 days from booking unless cancelled by you*

​

ELDance Membership (Weekly will last 7 days from your purchase date. Payment will be taken 7  days from booking unless cancelled by you**

​

ELD Fitness (Monthly) will last 28 days from your purchase date. Payment will be taken 28 days from booking unless cancelled by you*

​

ELDance Student will last 28 days from your purchase date. Payment will be taken 28 days from booking unless cancelled by you*

​

ELD Class Pass  will last 28 days from your purchase date. Payment will be taken 28 days from booking unless cancelled by you*

​

ELDance Student - Valid Student Card must be shown on first class at the ELDance Studio. Failure to do so will result in immediate cancellation and no refund.

​

Once you have purchased any Membership, you are not eligible for a refund.

​

If you are a no show to a class, ELDance will pause your Membership for a minimum of 1 day. The total number of days are subject to the amount of classes you do not show up to. This will also include last minute cancellations of up to 2 hours.

​

If you are a no show for over 3 Classes, your Membership will be paused and a charge of £10 will need to be paid before it can be used again.

​

ELDance Class Pass is not a membership and if you book another class that is different to the previous, the booked class will be cancelled.

 

ELDance reserves the right to cancel classes that have been booked and not extend the Membership.

​

ELDance reserves the right to cancel your Membership if there is a feeling of threat - no refund,

​

In the event of illness, snow or freak weather ELDance hold the right to cancel classes and not extend the Membership.

 

ELDance closes for up to  weeks at Christmas (dates will vary depending on the year) and all Memberships will run throughout this and not be extended..

ELDance will hold weeks where there are limited class, and all Memberships will run throughout this and not be extended.

​

CAMP! sessions are only included in the CAMP! Membership.

​

Non of the Memberships  include Workshops.

​

COVID 19: If you are affected by COVID-19 isolation or anything regarding COVID-19, your code cannot be paused. This is the same with any other illnesses.

Cancellation Policies

* To cancel any Monthly, Student Membership or Class Pass, you are required to contact ELDance, 7 days prior to the Membership renewal date. 

​

Failure to do cancel within the required time frame will lead to a charge:

​

£25.50 charge for Monthly Memberships (ELDance & Fitness)

£24.00 charge for Student Membership 

 

If you do not pay this charge the amount will be taken through either payment of classes or payment of another Membership you purchase.

ELDance does not hold responsibility if you do not cancel your Membership in time.
