ELDance Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

By purchasing or redeeming an ELDance gift voucher, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Validity

• All ELDance gift vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

• Vouchers must be redeemed before their expiry date.

• Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed or extended.

• It is the recipient's responsibility to ensure the voucher is used within the validity period.

2. Redemption

• Gift vouchers can be redeemed against eligible ELDance classes, courses, workshops and private sessions, subject to availability.

• Vouchers must be presented or quoted at the time of booking.

• All bookings remain subject to availability and the usual ELDance booking procedures.

• If the purchase exceeds the voucher value, the remaining balance must be paid by the customer.

3. Refunds & Exchanges

• Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Once purchased, gift vouchers cannot be returned for a cash refund, except where required by law.

• Any remaining balance on a partially redeemed voucher can be used towards another eligible booking within the original expiry period.

4. Transfers

• Gift vouchers can be gifted or transferred to another person.

• ELDance must be informed if a voucher is being transferred where it is linked to a named recipient.

5. Lost or Stolen Vouchers

• ELDance cannot guarantee replacement of lost, stolen or damaged vouchers.

• Where possible, proof of purchase may be requested to help verify and locate a voucher.

6. Cancellations & Changes

• Bookings made using a gift voucher are subject to the relevant ELDance cancellation and rescheduling policies.

• Missed classes or sessions, or late cancellations outside the permitted notice period, may result in the voucher value being forfeited.

7. Studio Changes

• ELDance reserves the right to amend class timetables, availability and studio arrangements where necessary.

• If ELDance cancels a booking and cannot offer a suitable alternative, the voucher value used for that booking will be reinstated or an appropriate alternative offered.

8. General

• Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers unless specifically stated.

• Gift vouchers have no cash value.

• ELDance reserves the right to refuse vouchers that have been altered, duplicated or are suspected of being fraudulent.
