Terms & Conditions

1. Client Cancellations

If you need to cancel a booked session, you must provide at least 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a £50 cancellation fee, equivalent to the cost of one session.

This charge reflects the short-notice cancellation of reserved studio time. Any amount already paid towards the session will be taken into account to avoid charging you twice.

2. Late Arrival

Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, ELDance reserves the right to cancel the session and charge the £50 session fee.

If you anticipate being late, you must contact ELDance at least 15 minutes before your scheduled start time to explain the delay. Please be aware that notifying ELDance does not automatically guarantee that the session can go ahead; this will depend on availability and the circumstances.

3. Cancellations by ELDance

ELDance reserves the right to cancel or rearrange a session in the event of an emergency or unforeseen circumstances that prevent the session from taking place safely or as planned.

Where possible, ELDance will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and arrange an alternative date and time convenient to both parties.

If an alternative session cannot be agreed upon, any payment made for the cancelled session will be refunded. No cancellation fee will be charged to the client when ELDance cancels the session.
