Terms & Conditions
All prizes won as part of the ELDance Trick or Treat campaign are subject to the following terms and conditions.
General Prize Conditions

All prizes must be claimed within 7 days of winning.

Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded or transferred to another person.

All bookings are subject to availability and must be arranged directly with ELDance.

Prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts or promotions.

Failure to claim or use a prize within the stated timeframe will result in the prize becoming invalid.
Individual Prize Conditions
1. One Free Class

Must be claimed within 7 days of winning.

Must be booked and used within 1 month of claiming.

Subject to class availability.
2. 15% Off a Package of 4 Private Sessions

Must be claimed within 7 days of winning.
-
The 15% discount applies to a package of 4 private sessions.
-
All 4 sessions must be used within 2 months of the purchase date.
-
Sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
3. 10% Off Membership

Must be claimed within 7 days of winning.

The discount can be applied to a new membership or an existing membership.

For existing members, the current membership will be paused while the discounted membership period is applied - this must be claimed within the 7 days of winning,

Once the discounted period ends, normal membership billing will resume.

No membership cancellation can be made until at least one month after normal billing has resumed.

All other ELDance Membership Terms & Conditions continue to apply.
4. 5 Classes for £40

Must be claimed within 7 days of winning.

The offer includes 5 classes for a total of £40.

All 5 classes must be used within 6 weeks of the purchase date.

5. 2 Wedding Private Sessions for £125

Must be claimed within 7 days of winning.

The offer includes 2 Wedding Private sessions for a total of £125.

Both sessions must be used within 6 weeks of the purchase date.

Sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
Final Conditions
ELDance reserves the right to amend or withdraw the campaign where necessary. Any changes will not affect prizes already validly awarded.
By accepting or redeeming a prize, the winner agrees to these terms and conditions.
