ELDance Private Booking Policy By booking a private session with ELDance, you agree to our Terms & Conditions. Rescheduling: Requests must be made at least 5 days (120 hours) before your scheduled session. All changes are subject to availability and must be confirmed by ELDance. Cancellations & Refunds: All customer payments are non-refundable. Rescheduling is the only alternative to attending your original booking and must meet the 5-day notice requirement. If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, your prepaid session will be forfeited. Requests made with less than 5 days' notice will be treated as late rescheduling and the session may be forfeited. Late Arrival: Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation of the session, with the prepaid session forfeited. Block Bookings: Packages of 1–10 sessions must be used within 3 months of payment. Packages of 11–20 sessions must be used within 5 months. Exceptional extensions of up to one additional month may be considered if requested before expiry. Availability: Private sessions must fit around ELDance's existing timetable and opening days. Please check availability before booking. Sessions involving more than one person may require an additional payment. Footwear: ELDance does not provide footwear. If dancing in trainers, please bring a clean pair that has not been worn outdoors. ELDance may need to rearrange sessions due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.
