Cancellation Policy
**ELDance Studio Hire – Booking Policy** By booking the studio, you agree to ELDance’s Studio Hire Terms & Conditions. Please ensure the studio is left clean and tidy, all equipment is returned to its original place, and the premises are vacated by the agreed finish time. The studio may be inspected before the end of your booking. Charges may apply for damage, additional cleaning or late departure where reasonably incurred. **Cancellation Policy:** - More than 21 days' notice: 75% refund. - 8–21 days' notice: 50% refund. - 7 days or less: No refund normally provided. All cancellations must be communicated directly to ELDance. Refunds and charges remain subject to applicable consumer rights. **Please read the full Studio Hire Terms & Conditions before booking.**
